Every Timbro account starts with a free trial that includes 30 minutes of audio processing. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm Timbro fits your workflow before subscribing to a paid plan.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. We will refund the full amount charged, and your subscription will be cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, which stops all future renewals. Your plan remains active for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period that is already underway. If a renewal charge was genuinely unexpected — for example, you intended to cancel and did not use the Service in the new period — contact us and we will review it.
If the Service is unavailable, or an export fails and we cannot resolve it for you, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period regardless of the 14-day window above. Reach out and we will make it right.
Email support@timbro.app from the address associated with your account, including your order or invoice number. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all billing enquiries, invoices, tax, and refund processing. You may also contact Paddle directly about a payment using the details on your invoice.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where those rights are broader than this policy, those rights apply.
